Obligation
A quotation represents no obligation until the Company accepts the Customer's official Purchase Order in writing.

 

Order Instructions
Under no circumstances will @ Nails accept any verbal orders. All orders must accompany a Purchase Order Form via Fax or Email.

 

Applicable Law
The laws of South Africa shall govern the Quotation, Purchase Order and any Agreement that shall result there from.

 

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the Customer shall effect payment for the goods before dispatch.

Payment can be made either by Cash, Internet Banking, Bank Deposit or Credit Card. No orders will be dispatched if the Company has not received a Purchase Order Form and Payment in full.

 

Delivery
Delivery of all products may take up to five working days. You will be notified either by sms or telephonically of the tracking number once your goods have been dispatched. Goods dispatched with the SA Post Office must be collected at the post office as indicated on the order and goods sent by courier will be delivered to the address given. Where the collection of the goods from the post office the client must produce his/her identity document. The Company undertakes to make every effort to meet the delivery period as stated, but cannot guarantee the delivery period. The Company cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by any third party (SA Post Office/courier) beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, explosion, strikes, lockouts, inability to obtain components, delays by sub-contractors, actions of government , or losses and delays in transit. A reasonable extension in time shall be granted to  the Company in the event of any delays that are beyond its control.

 

Risk and Ownership
Where a Post Office Service has delivered the Goods, the appointed service provider shall be fully responsible for materials lost or damaged in transit .

 

Refunds
It will be the owners discretion weather to refund or replace items
